The First floor of the house offers a spacious living room with two doors – main entrance facing south and an entrance with northern exposure. The living room disposes of a fireplace, tableand soft furniture and is also equipped with a TV-set and satellite television. The living room is connected to a dining room. The dining room disposes of a table for 12. The kitchen is modernly furnished with Ariston furniture.

	Bedroom 1 disposes of a luxurious old-time bedroom suite; the bathroom offers a shower cabin and a massage bathtub.
	Bedroom 2 is furnished with an old-time metal head and foot-board bedroom suite.
	The apartment consists of bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 – each of which offers 2 beds.
	The rooms share a common bathroom with a shower cabin. In the house yard you will find a small barn-type of building with Jacuzzi and sauna for 8 persons, bathroom and toilet. In the cool summer nights the guests of the house will find peace and quiet on the veranda, under the penthouse with barbecue, or the 8-seat wooden table with two benches. A total of 3 vehicles can be parked in the yard of the house.
