Terms of reservations and payment:
100% deposit upon confirmation of the reservation. In case of annullment of the reservation less than 7 days before the expected arrival date you are due to pay a forfeit equal to 50% of the deposit. In case you leave the house before the date of the final night stay you are due to pay a forfeit equal to 50% of the price for the last night stay. Way of payment: in cash or via bank transfer. The prices include: Traditional breakfast (preliminarily chosen from a menu); A WELCOME DRINK! Daily replenish – fruit basket; Access to all appliances in the house (household and electric appliances); Use of Jacuzzi and sauna; Catering and cleaning; Community fee and insurance; The prices do not include: Lunch and dinner, which can be ordered from the folk-style restaurant of the “Parlapanova house”.
